1/2 pound feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 pound grated gouda cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Mix the above ingredients with a fork. Set aside.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set oven at 350. Use circular filo dough. ( Teddie, from here on I can't read my notes too well.) use 10 pieces of circular dough, fill each with cheese mixture and seal with a fork. brush top with evaporated milk. Cook till golden. (I have no idea if you are supposed to put olive oil between the layers of dough... I'll let you fool around and figure it out.)
