Madera Canyon Hike
One and a half miles round trip. Could do half. Downhill hike begin at Whitehouse. Uphill begin at Proctor Parking Lot. We did the entire hike. Nice to hear rushing water so near the desert.

Tumacocarie Historical National Park
Very interesting, peaceful site. A semi restored mission dating from the mid 1700's. Free for seniors with National Park Pass. Yeah!!! I'm pretty sure I spelled the name of the place incorrectly, but it is 3 miles south of Tubac on the frontage road.

Downtown Tucson
What a beautiful spot. We will have to return. When we turned around there was a giant statue in the plaza. Dedicated to the MORMON BATALLION. Very informative and nice to see in this very public place.

He's the best
I happened to mention to my husband that if we could only pull off the road we could get better pictures... (Actually I could!). So he pulled off the road in the middle of nowhere. It was beautiful.
