Yesterday afternoon I went with three high school friends to "The Dish," a hiking spot behind Stanford University. Jesse used to go there and I had never done it... so I thought of her as I tromped over the rolling hills. We saw three gorgeous bluebirds, an enormous hawk, and lots of other hikers. It was the first sunny Saturday in a couple of weeks. Signs were out for coyotes but we didn't see any. The vistas across the Bay were incredible. I had a great time!!

Insanely jealous - we are in a deep freeze, as I'm sure you heard.
Top thing is a water storage vat...We watched it get built.
Looks like you all had a marvelous time. Fun Friends.
