My first attempt at tiropita. Not bad for a beginner. Should have cooked it a bit longer. It would have been browner on top and bottom. I threw in some chopped greens to make up for the fourth egg, which I did not have. This was Jane's recipe. The cheese mixture was stirred by hand. The consistency would have been smoother using a mixer, but this was definitely tasty.

Looks delish...we are making some today also, sans the greens for the Thompsons along with french bread veggie pizzas! And some delicious mousse and cream puff desserts!
ps I know something you don't know!
