Tip of Door Co. & Newport State Park
The first photo is of the ferry that goes to Washington Island off ther tip of Door Co. The bottom photo is of Ted sticking his big toe in Lake Michigan at Newport State Park.
How warm warm (or cold) was the lake water? Do people swim in it? It was in the 80's here Sunday and Monday. Jonathan and I went swimming both days at Roger Wheeler beach. The water had cooled off a bit but was clear and clean! What a way to end the swimming season. Carol
