About an hour after the movers unloaded in RI it began raining. Timing was perfect.

So, the Pesch's are getting the Red Carpet treatment. I understand extending it to Theo, but the others? Well, any friend of Theo's is a friend of mine. This last two years of so of weekend visits was just preparation for the invasion. The HOME will never be the same. Good luck to all and to all a good night. Or is that what Santa says.
